By using our services, you agree not to use JEJ.CC for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purposes. JEJ.CC is primarily intended for personal and lawful use. Any commercial or business use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and removal of stored content.

Users retain ownership of the files they upload. However, by using JEJ.CC, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

All users acknowledge that while we implement strong security measures, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any sensitive data stored within your account. JEJ.CC is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Service Availability & Responsibility

JEJ.CC strives to provide reliable and secure cloud storage services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users agree that they use the service at their own risk. While we take reasonable steps to protect user data, JEJ.CC is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. Users are encouraged to maintain backup copies of important files.

Conditions

- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the JEJ.CC service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to anyone for any reason, including violation of these terms.
- We may remove or restrict access to any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, applicable laws, or may harm JEJ.CC, its users, or third parties.
- Abuse of system resources, including excessive storage usage, bandwidth abuse, or attempts to disrupt service integrity, is strictly prohibited.
- Use of JEJ.CC for hosting or distributing malicious software, phishing content, or unauthorized data collection is strictly prohibited.

Content & Acceptable Use

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, store, or share באמצעות JEJ.CC. You agree not to upload or distribute:

- Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Malware, viruses, or any harmful code designed to disrupt systems or compromise security.

JEJ.CC does not actively monitor all user content but reserves the right to review and remove content when necessary.

Copyright Information

JEJ.CC does not claim ownership of user content. All intellectual property rights remain with the respective owners.

JEJ.CC respects intellectual property laws and will respond to valid copyright infringement notices. Upon receiving a valid claim, we may remove or disable access to the infringing content.

To submit a copyright claim, you must provide:

- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- A description of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information to locate it;
- Your contact details, including name, address, telephone number, and email;
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JEJ.CC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or for activities that may harm JEJ.CC or its users. Upon termination, access to stored data may be removed without liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
